Legal and Economic Aspects of Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Negotiations: The Experience of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) Negotiations between the EU and Canada

A research seminar will bring together experts from Canada and Europe to discuss the challenges faced in transatlantic trade and investment negotiations, including the general issues relating to regional trade agreements (RTAs) and the effects of the CETA on third countries, in particular Switzerland and its EFTA partners.
