Tenure track position in comparative politics (specialisation on Europe) - Université Laval

The Department of Political Science at Université Laval in Quebec City invites applications for one open rank tenure track (or tenured) position in comparative politics with specialization in European politics/institutions.

Duties

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses
• Advise Master’s and Doctoral degree students
• Scholarly research and publication
• Any other academic activities as required by the Collective Agreement
• The language of teaching and working is French

Qualifications

• PhD in political science or related discipline completed (or dissertation submitted at the time of the interview).
• Excellence in scholarly research and publication
• Teaching experience.
• Capacity to teach undergraduate and graduate level research methods courses
• Capacity to teach and work in French
