U. of Alberta's EUCE Postdoctoral Fellowship 2015-2016

The EUCE invites scholars from universities or research institutes in the European Union to apply for the EUCE post-doctoral fellowship taking place at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, fom July 2015 to June 2016. The fellowship is open to scholars whose research is related to an aspect of EU policy, particularly to one of the five themes of the EUCE:


- Energy and Environment
- The Arctic
- Minorities and Multiculturalism
- Democratic Development in the New Member States of the EU
- Citizenship, Sovereignty and Governance


Postdoctoral fellows receive a stipend and benefits totaling $52,000, as well as a mobility grant of $4,500. Appointments must occur within five years from the completion of a doctoral degree. Application deadline is January 5, 2015.
